kga99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balance or bonus funds held in those accounts may be forfeited at kga99's sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

4.2 Account Security

5.3 Deposit Processing

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Accounts where requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal rights suspended. 7. Gameplay Rules

In the event of any discrepancy between how a game is described on the kga99 Platform and the Game Provider's official rules, the Game Provider's rules shall take precedence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kga99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:
